With over 30 years of nonprofit experience, Darren leads our team. His background is working extensively with boards of directors, coalitions and community organizations. His background includes working for United Way, the YWCA and Leadership Fort Wayne.

Stephanie deals with the behind the scenes work, making sure everyone gets what they need. Stephanie is a Goshen College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in English.

Grace is responsible for organizing all of the communications, schedules and report compilations. She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western Governor's University and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Indiana Tech.
