Darren Bickel
President & Senior Consultant
With over 30 years of nonprofit experience, Darren leads our team. His background includes facilitating efforts with nonprofit organizations, coalitions and community groups. He has served with United Way, the YWCA & Leadership Fort Wayne.
Darren is a trained facilitator and coach. He has written extensively about nonprofit governance and is passionate about helping nonprofits of all sizes succeed.
Grace Bickel
Director, Operations & Communication
Grace is responsible for organizing all of the communications, schedules and report compilations. She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western Governor's University and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Indiana Tech.
Stephanie Snyder
Administrative Support
Stephanie deals with the behind the scenes work, making sure everyone gets what they need. Stephanie is a Goshen College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in English.
